Based in White Rock, New Mexico, Spark Studios aims to broaden both music and arts education from the confines of their traditional boundaries.

We offer private music lessons based around keyboards (piano, organ, synthesizer) and guitar. In addition to the technical and theoretical aspects of playing an instrument, we look forward in time with lessons in technology (recording in Garage Band), and we look to the past by making primitive instruments and seeing what makes music possible.

Art lessons are also available. The main theme here is exploration. We feel it is of utmost importance for a student to see what different artistic tools do and decide which tools will do the desired jobs best.

We are also intrigued by the areas where art, craft, and music intersect. Our ultimate goal is to find and share these common arts, but the first step is doing both in the same space.
