Howdy folks! We are excited to share our new venture with you. What is it, you ask? It is the fusion of art and music, of visual and aural, of what you can hear and what you can see. It is the ability to offer–and find–multiple forms of original media in one site.
But it’s more than that. It’s the embodiment of the renaissance ideal, the thought that humans have more to offer than just what we choose to pursue as a career or major in in college. Aaron makes most of his income as a chemist, but teaches 16 music students (piano and guitar) and plays regularly in 2 bands. He’s also a father, woodworker, shade-tree mechanic (cars & bikes), and he tinkers with electronics. Britton has degrees in art and education, has displayed numerous art pieces in local New Mexico galleries, taught in public schools (she currently works as a substitute–the joys of teaching without the planning!), gardens, and plays the piano. Both Aaron & Britton love the outdoors and are raising their kids to do the same.
Spark Studios is an endeavor not only to rejoin the arts, but enlighten all who enter to the fact that there are multiple ways to appreciate the world and universe. We hope you find your way to our doors and that we have something to offer you.
